The Installation of Typefaces

Most new computers (e.g. PCs) come supplied with a number of well-known fonts already installed, such as Times Roman, Arial, and so on. Computers supplied in Ireland, unfortunately, do not come supplied with Gaelic typefaces, so the user needs to perform the installation of such fonts him or herself. Fortuntately, it is not a difficult task.

The instructions can be found at the following website, prepared by Dr. Vincent Morley of Gaelchló.
